"All good"
Everything's going well. We haven't encountered any issues. The one occasion I needed it, someone arrived at the house in just 10 minutes. We haven't had a reason to use it here yet. We've owned it for a while, just at another place. We only moved it to this address not too long ago.

"It functions well at the neighbor's place"
I've watched a ton of ads about older folks taking spills and not being able to get back up. My father unexpectedly joined that group after a nasty fall. I kicked things off by reaching out to a bunch of companies, not knowing there were quite a few with a similar system. I spoke with a customer service rep who was super helpful. The standout feature was the range, which covered the entire house and yard. So far, so good. Dad and I are feeling a lot safer and more relaxed now.

"Medical Alert System for Mom"
My siblings and I decided to get the Alert system for our mom to ease our worries. She's quite traditional and would never have bought it for herself, especially since she lives on her own. I gave it a whirl around the house when it arrived and was really happy with the coverage. Medical Alert frequently checks to ensure everything's working and even swapped out the whole system recently because they weren't happy with how it was performing. We didn't notice any issues at all. The system does exactly what we hoped for; we can rest easy knowing that our mom can get help whenever she needs it just by pressing a button on her necklace.

Up to now, I haven't faced any major issues or urgent situations. Honestly, I haven't really put the system or my usage of it to the test as much as I probably ought to. Still, it’s been reliable, functioning just like I anticipated whenever I did give it a try.

"First Time Success"
Up to now, getting the Life Alert button was a breeze. The folks on the phone were super professional, shot over a confirmation email right away, and I received the gear exactly when they promised. I set it up, ran a test to check if it was functioning, and guess what? It worked like a charm. No fuss at all. Today marks our first day using it.

"Made a promise to my buddies."
I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but I told my friends I’d do it for their peace of mind. The equipment feels a bit clunky to me. There’s only one spot in my house where I can actually connect everything properly. It’d be great if they weren’t so bulky. They say you can chat with the operator by hitting the button, but that’s in a room I hardly ever use, so I’m just hoping the quiet will catch their attention. I was pleased with the discount for paying for a whole year upfront. Plus, the people I’ve spoken to on the phone have been super helpful.

After looking into various options for home monitored alert care and checking out all the reviews on Angie's List, I reached out to Medical Care Alert back in September 2013. They helped me find just the right equipment for my grandmother's needs. Their customer service is truly the best I've ever encountered! They treat you like family. I've chatted with several of their staff since we started using the service, and each one has been incredibly helpful, respectful, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to answer all my questions until I felt completely at ease with the equipment. Their follow-up service is just as impressive. When my grandmother misplaced her pendant, we did have to buy a replacement. But they assured us that once we found the original, we could return the new one for a full refund. That was a huge relief, knowing my grandmother could still use the system while we sorted things out. It felt like they were lending us the equipment until we found the old one. We eventually found the old pendant but decided to keep the new one too, just in case we faced a similar situation down the line. Since we started with this service, we had to use it when my grandmother fell out of bed and couldn't get back up. As soon as she pressed the call button, the response team was on the line in seconds, helping her stay calm and letting her know they would contact me right away. And they did just that. They were calm and made sure I felt reassured about what was happening. I would highly recommend Medical Care Alert to any family wanting to ensure their loved ones can get help when needed. Plus, with a flat fee, my grandmother can reach me anytime, even if she can't find her phone. ;) It's a fantastic and simple way to have peace of mind. I'm completely happy with the service provided by Medical Care Alert and have never regretted my choice! Definitely an A+ in my book (and I’m pretty tough to please, lol)!

"Absolutely Amazing! 10 Plus Stars!!"
We got this unit for my mom since she's getting older. We looked into a bunch of care alert systems, and her doctor suggested this medical care alert as one of the top options. So, we decided to go for it. Setting it up was a breeze, and the techs were super knowledgeable and helpful. A couple of weeks after she received the unit, she accidentally bumped it while washing dishes. A tech reached out to her in just seconds, checking if she was alright and if she needed any medical assistance. She was totally taken aback by this! Now, she feels secure having it with her around the clock. Big thanks to Med Alert!
